is an acronym for Tagged Image File Format The industry standard for storing
and using documents is Standard Group IV TIFF.

Barringer provides on a complimentary basis with each project, load
files formatted to work with the standard litigation databases, including
Summation, Concordance, Access, DB/Textworks, Opticon, JFS Litigator's
Notebook . We can customize load files to any standardized system. Just
ask!
How would I prepare the documents for scanning?

Document Scanning can help! We provide document prep sheets on a complimentary
basis
for each project that we scan. You can use these
to communicate document or record breaks, and "pre-code" informaiton
that you want captured and included in the resulting database.
What is document prep?
At scan or document prep time, Barringer document scanning de-staples,
de-clips and unbinds, all binding elements in the job. We then reassemble
the project to its original format upon return.
How is Document Scanning priced?
Litigation Document scanning is priced and graded similar to litigation
